While you're always welcome to house hunt on your own time (because let's be honest, it's one of the most exciting parts), we'll also place you on real-time home alerts so you know everything that's available to you.
Our work doesn't stop after you have an accepted offer - we keep guiding you and fighting for you every day to closing (and beyond). One of the main milestones we'll tackle during your transaction is your home inspection and subsequent repair negotiations. When reviewing your home inspection report, we'll keep an eye out for key red flags and educate you on minor vs major repair issues you may want to address or let slide depending on our buyer strategy. We'll also be there to mitigate any issues, contract addendums, or connections to industry experts and professionals to help you along the way.
